One of the ways we engage in our healing journey is to talk about what has happened and how we interact with the world around us. Engaging In critical thinking is a vital part of understanding who we are and how we can effect change. By observing and reflecting on how we show up in the world, we can begin to make the changes necessary to live the life we want to live. In our sessions together, you will be asked thought provoking questions and will engage in re-writing the narrative of your life, making it look like what you desire.

The Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) is a mind-body stress tool that is used to help reduce emotional stress and triggers. By using manual muscle testing, we are able to discover where the stress is located in the body, what the emotional stress is concerning and help you process and release the stress in session.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy that helps people heal from traumatic memories and other distressing life experiences. This process helps your brain reprocess the memory in a healthier way, reducing its emotional impact and eventually becoming a neutral memory of the past.
As a part of the therapy journey, I encourage my clients to get started by taking this FREE assessment to find out their Enneagram type. In our sessions, we will explore your type more in detail and help you discover more about your personality and why you do what you do.
